Dr. Jeniva Donaleshen will be resuming her full provision of services at BRHC as of Feb 2,
2026.
Dr. Donaleshen is a Royal College certified general surgeon. From Sudbury, Ontario, she
completed her medical school in Ontario and went on to complete her General Surgery
residency at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. Her undergrad and Masters training were
based in Anthropology and Archaeology.
She established a broad community-based practice in Brandon in 2017 where she runs a fulltime practice. She also provides outreach surgery, clinic, endoscopy and minor procedures
twice a month in Neepawa, Manitoba. She is the proud mother of three children and is an
advocate for transparency, equality, and improving the psychological/cultural safety in health
care work spaces for both staff and patients.
Her primary focus is delivering quality patient-centered care, with an interest in: breast cancer,
colorectal cancer, melanomas, and skin cancers (flaps grafts etc) as well as standard
community general surgery services (hernias, gall bladder, etc).
She provides laparoscopic surgery, endoscopy (upper and lower scopes), and call duties at
BRHC, as well as maintaining her clinical practice at the Brandon Clinic (consults and minor
procedures).

He completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Manitoba in the winter of 2025. Following his training, he became board certified with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
Dr. Le plans to focus on outpatient/community-based care at the Brandon Clinic. His clinical interests also include addictions medicine, palliative care (MAiD assessment/provision), and mental health.
In his personal life, Dr. Le enjoys cooking, hiking, travelling, and watching horror movies. He is honoured to be a part of his profession and in being able to provide the best quality of care possible.
