Windows 10/11 & Windows Server support
Linux experience (Ubuntu + Linux Essentials certified - strong foundation transferable to Fedora)
Hardware diagnostics: desktop/laptop repairs, printer/scanner troubleshooting
Network fundamentals: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN, first-line connectivity support
VoIP basics - eager to learn Avaya administration quickly
ServiceNow ticketing with sub-2-hour response times
Supporting non-technical users with patience and clear communication
